These are so easy, quick and nutritious and can easily be made in a big batch and saved for later.
750gm Turkey Mince
3 lengths of spring onion
2tsp tamari sauce
Grate your carrot and ginger, and chop spring onion
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combine
Seperate into 12 small patties and place on grill
Serve with a side salad
1 serve is 2 patties so you can use these for lunches the next day or save for the following week by freezing.
