    Turkey Burgers

    These are so easy, quick and nutritious and can easily be made in a big batch and saved for later.


    • 750gm Turkey Mince

    • 3 carrots

    • 3 lengths of spring onion

    • 2tsp ginger

    • 2tsp tamari sauce

    • 1 egg

    • Salt

    • Pepper


    1. Grate your carrot and ginger, and chop spring onion

    2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combine

    3. Seperate into 12 small patties and place on grill

    4. Serve with a side salad

    1 serve is 2 patties so you can use these for lunches the next day or save for the following week by freezing.
