    Strawberry Chia Jam




    This has got to be one of the easiest recipes I have made.


    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups strawberries

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds

    • 1 tbsp gelatin


    Methods:

    1. Blitz strawberries so they are a fine consistency

    2. Add chia seeds and gelatin

    3. Store in air tight container in the fridge


    You don't have to add the gelatine I just do for added gut health, skin, hair and nail benefits as well as making it more of a jelly consistency.
